I will be very appreciative if someone can help me with the solution of my problem.

I've tried different formulas and macros but nothing gave an acceptable result.

There are formulae in your last column. So do a paste special values on those formulae and then run this code.

Copy the Excel VBA code
Select the workbook in which you want to store the Excel VBA code
Hold the Alt key, and press the F11 key, to open the Visual Basic Editor
Choose Insert | Module
Where the cursor is flashing, choose Edit | Paste

To run the Excel VBA code:
Choose View | Macros
Select a macro in the list, and click the Run button

Why such a complicated formula in C2?
It looks like you could do the final sheet based on the conditions in this formula if they were propely tabulated somewhere in the workbook.

However, here is a formula based workbook that seems to work.
