Pull random data based on specific criteria

I have a large amount of data in excel with names down the 1st column then various criteria each person meets down the other columns. I want to randomly select a name based off specific cRiteria that row, person, meets. One of those ideas that sounds good but not sure how or if it is too complicated to duplicate many times over to be a worth it. Guaranteed it will be COOL! First thread, we will see how this goes! Thanks.

If it is based on specific criteria, an essential first step is to extract the subset from your original data which satisfies the criteria. Then only does the random selection from this subset arise for eg should the subset data still prove too much for the ultimate intents that you have in mind.
