Post Insert image based on variance

    Hi

I am currently working on a flash report that has Actuals in Column "A", Budgets in Column "B" and Variances in Column "C".
I want to insert an image in Column "D", depending upon the variance in column "C". For e.g. if the variance between Actual and the budget is material i.e. greater than 10%, then I want an image to appear in column "D".
I have downloaded an image from internet that would symbolise material varinace and we can call it "image 1".
Is there a way to solve this problem?

    Rgds
