How to turn a table of total pts into wins losses and ties

Im back with another question. Ill probably have more before the season is done, but this one will go a long ways towards diminishing my workload as commish.

I want to be able to enter a group of the weekly points scored and have it tell me how each team would have fared if it played every other team. Their record against the field (W%F) It would look something like this...
