sumproduct and sumifs to create or statement for two columns help

    Here is my code:
    SUMPRODUCT(SUMIFS(AccessDB!R:R,AccessDB!C:C,"Time Sensitive") OR(SUMIFS(AccessDB!R:R,AccessDB!E:E,"Time Sensitive")))

I am trying to sum R:R if C:C OR E:E are labeled "Time Sensitive". I have tried variants of sum and or statements, sumifs and or, sumproduct, etc...I can only get it to work if I am looking for two variable in the same column.

    Does this make sense?

    sumifs.jpg

So I would want it to total 175. Not 98 (Which is column C AND E).
