Auto-Expanding the Pull Down List in Combo Box

I have a combo box with the abbreviations for client along side of the clients' names.
ex. ABC ABC Fund.

I have the combo box sized to only show the abbreviations. I want to have the drop down expand to show all of the text, abbreviation and client name. Is this possible?

regardless of the size of your combo box the drop down should always show the full value of the ListFillRange. At least my XL2007 version works like that.

Its not the length of the list that is truncated it the width (the length of a single line item)

Ok here is a sample of what I'm talking about. In cell D47 I have stretch the pulldown to accommodate the longest line. In D48 and following is the size I want the pulldown to be. So how do I get the list to auto-expand to show all of the information but the box itself to remain compact?
