    conditional format to highlight row

    i have a conditional format that highlights a certain cell depending on the value of another cell, but i want to extend it to highlight the entire row of data.

    Depends on your formula
    Try using format painter

    or

    instead of selecting a specific cell select the entire row and re-enter the formula as before

    Just change the range in Conditional format rules.
