New to Excel - Need to pull info from multiple sheets into one master sheet

I have been asked to create a template for scoring NRA long range shooting matches. They would like the sheets to represent each shooter category while having an overall sheet to show all shooters in their order of finishing the match. The sorting will need to be done with 2 variables - the total score and in case of a tie the number of X ring hits. Example: 2 shooters scored 197 but shooter A has 18 X ring hits and shooter B has 17. I would appreciate any help you could give and I have attached the file I have created up to this point.
