Highlite next schedule column in week table based on service date

Need help with formula,Highlite next schedule column in week table based on service date and service days
Please see the attachment which is I highlited mannually.

I have applied formula directly on cells,
Formula can be applied on conditional formating

Thank you so much for spending time for me.unfortunatly this formula is not working for my schedule, in your formula, year & week first not highlited, every cell should highlite based on start date (see the attached sheet which is i highlited in red color, actually i need formula to repeat the red color based on column C (if it is monthly it will repeat every 30 days). Your formula also included in Green color. please check and give me your suggestion, originally its a 25000 columns, i just attached a part of it, if you provide me a formula i can save alot of time.
