How do I return a blank cell value if that cell does not have color formatting?

I have a range of cells that are formula driven as follows:
=IF($G187=0,"",T176)
I am trying to return a blank cell if the cell has NO color formatting, and return a value if the cell DOES have color formatting. Is there a way or setting a conditional format? I do not want to 'hide' rows or columns.
