Summary will not pull all of the data I need

I am trying to find a way to write a macro that will tell me a summary for items that someone enters:

i.e.

Make/Model TYPE System Position CODE
Sony Blue 1 Low AAB
Sony Blue 1 Low AAB
Sony Blue 2 Low AAB

In this example, I would need to know that:

There is (2) Blue Sony system 1 lows that have a AAB code
There is (1) Blue Sony system 2 lows that have a AAB code

How about a nopn-macro solution? The attached uses some helper columns (in green) that you can put off to the side or hide, but yields the dynamic table at the right.
