People change, can the graph change with them?

    Hello.

I have a GPS fleet tracking program that generates a CSV every month on drivers speeding violations.

I want to track them month to month, however when someone leaves the company, and they are no longer on the chart, it messes with the graph, and "Jim" ends up getting "Johns" speeding stats (when i just select an entire column of data, but i dont what to populate it one by one) Is there a way to make the chart know who "Jim" is from month to month, or sheet to sheet?

That is the best explanation i can give, please feel free to take a look at the chart.

    Thanks again.

Going across pages is killing you. Recommend a combined table, like this. Note, I also made it into a table so that you can easily add people and the chart will adjust.

That is totally the easy way to go!! Who needs a formula when you can just adjust it.

Now my big issue is, who is Peter Paul and Mary, they dont work for me

    Thanks big time.

You could use a pivot table and chart to reproduce the reports, without having to worry about drivers coming and going.
