Arrow Borders or Repeating Rows at Bottom

I have a spreadsheet that needs row to repeat at the top (which I did) but I also need rows to repeat at the bottom (preferable option). If I can't do that I need to put a page border. This is for business so it needs to look professional. The biggest problem is that the number and width of the cells on each page change, sometimes it will fit 50 rows, other time only 30 depending on the amount of text, so I can't just re-type the bottom rows every 20 rows. I tried putting it in the footer, but then I can't get a border on that.

I tried a few macro tricks, but I don't know macro well so I can't get them to work.

    Please help.

Not entirely clear what you are trying to achieve. An example may help. For example, 'repeating rows'. Does that mean you want the same data repeated in each row? Just off the cuff, you should check out Tables, which were introduced in 2007. Highlight the area you want to be a table and hit Ctrl-T. The nice thing about them is that you can have rows above and below the table, but when you add a line to the table, the rows below shift down so you don't write over anything and the formatting adjusts. You add rows by going to the bottom right cell of the table and hitting tab.

I have a table in my spreadsheet. They work great. I am making a blank sheet that gets used again and again. There is data that needs to be on every print out regardless of what is filled in. I have it so the top of the table repeats on each page. But the information on the bottom also needs to repeat. The only way I can get it to repeat at the bottom is to currently have it in the footer.

Having it in the footer is why I need a page border, for aesthetics.
