    Stop Excel from autochanging!!

    Hello

I am trying to write 1967 in an excel 2010 table cell, but it keeps changing it to 20.5.1905 - which is an entirely different thing... Anything I can do about this??

(Still hoping for the Microsoft office button where you could disable all automatic replacing with one push...)

The cell is formatted as a date ... 1967 is the number of days since 00/01/1900 = 20/05/1905. Format the cell(s) as General.
