Data comparison

Hello All,

I have a set a data with the first column (A) containing a unique identifying number. I receive weekly updates to this data sometimes with new data and sometimes with updates to existing data.

I have attached a sample spreadsheet if I am not explaining myself well. Is there an easy way to compare the 'original data' with 'update data' and copy over 'update data' if not existing in the original data and overwrite the existing 'original data' with the 'update data'?

Any help would be much appreciated,
