How to filter the names from a list of names without duplicates

Hi,

I have a daily status report that need to filled by the QC team on everyday basis as and when they work on the loans. This coumn B shows loan numbers and column C shows Processors name. Now I need to create a sheet to classify the number of errors for each processors without the names being dupicated. (I have marked in blue). The issue is the name of processors will vary every day and we dont have a set of fixed processors. Unless I have a list of processors how can I count the number of error etc etc without the names being duplicated. Is there any way to automate this using any formule so that the column J will copy processor name without duplicates?

Note: I cannot use delete duplicate option
