can anyone remind me how to extract the letters after the equal sign and before the & sign from a long text string. The text will always change as will the total string length
tttttttttttumedium=cpc&wwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww
I want to be left with "cpc" in my column

I tried it and couldn't pull out "cpc". Here's my whole text string if you wouldn't mind to find what might be going wrong:
/?source=ABCD10660&umedium=cpc&uadpub=Google&ucampaign=XYZ&ucreative=General_&_Misspellings=&pkw=keyword&WT.mc_id=ABCD10660
It returned ABCD10660 instead

ooppsss i think i can't tell if this will be usable
first you saidthe formula bellow will get the second = sign and the second & sign and if the position of the symbols changes the formula will not give you the desired output...The text will always change as will
but if the position of the two symbol will be always both on the second instances the below will give you the correct one.
this is very long maybe someone could shorten this up.
