Thank you in advance!

Not quite sure what you mean by "block" but sounds like you're looking for CONDITIONAL FORMATTING.

I mean a square like A1 or B5. I'm looking for a method to compare results (for example football results).
If I have these columns :
A B
5 1
2 0
1 3
2 1
Than I would like for A1,2 and 4 to automatically receive a green color (BG not text).
I'm not familiar with the function last mentioned.
Kind regards,
Apparas.
Conditional Formatting: =A1>B1 format as green.

Thank you for your quick reply. This worked for once cell at a time. However, I'm wondering if I can apply this to a whole column? I have not yet found a way to achieve this.
Kind regards,
Apparas.
Select the whole column first, starting with cell A1. Then apply the CF.
