    My data looks like this

    ALABAMA toyota 3020 8845 887 23 11
    ALABAMA honda 2728 6858 1026 214 988
    Deleware nissan 565 767 878 988 554
    New York toyota 827 1595 1351 2506 25187
    Maryland honda 545 656 6787 877 666
    North Cara nissan 22 77 33 88 7
    Texas toyota 232 43 454 5 6
    Alaska honda 3232 343 45 6 77
    New Mex nissan 4354 564 568 87 32
    Florida toyota 232 435 654 76 876

I need it to look like this.

    States Make volume Date
    ALABAMA toyota 3020 1/1/2011
    ALABAMA honda 2728 2/1/2011

    Is this possible in excel?
I've attached a file with a sample of what the data looks like.
I can't have the data column across the top.

    Thx
