Plugin to do Forex Conversions (historical)

Hi,

I'm looking for a (commercial or freeware) plugin for Excel 2003, that would do historical currency forex conversions.

For example, something that I could type :

GBP in one cell
USD in another cell
5/19/2003 in another cell

and then have a function that would return the GBP:USD Forex rate on 5/19/2003
