    Post Average Handling Time (factor)

    Hi,

Need the formula to calculate consolidated report of number of manpower required for a a process, and factor of which includes QC+Supervision+Admin time in it. I do not want separate time slots for QC & Admin but would like to add the same into total manpower required which adds up QC & Admin time and avg as well.

In other words only require column B to F needed, however the end result in column N to reflect in column F that is some calculation that includes G to L for me which would produced final result in column F.

Have attached a sample file for your reference. Have added some formulas which has given me the some results however i don't want the individual show up of QC and admin but want to add their time for my calculation.

    Please help (Urgent Requirement)
