conditional formatting with an AND formula
Help my Excel gurus!
My goal is to use conditional formatting and evaluate the value of two cells so essentially if cell A1 says LEV and cell A2 has a value of less than 70% turn them both red. Any ideas? seems like such a simple thing but can't seem to make it work. THANKS!

How about using a formula like this:
for both cells.
