Find and Replace in Excel 2010 - parts of words that are incomplete

I have looked all over the internet for help on this and I can't seem to find any. I frequently download database information into Excel. Many of our vendor's names end up with partial words that I would like to correct. Example:
ABC Vet Hosp

Yet, others within the same list may have Hospital spelled out correctly.
If I do a find and replace for Hosp, I get all of the 'Hosp' and 'Hospital', 'Hospitals', etc.

Is there a way, in Excel 2010 to search for EXACTLY the word I need (i.e. 'hosp) and only return those results so that I can then replace ONLY those with "hospital"?

Try the Replace option with
- "Match entire cell contents" or:
- Replace "Hosp " with "Hospital " <== There is a space after Hosp
- One last approach, you could change Hospital to all caps HOSPITAL and Replace Hosp with Hospital with Match case checked. Later replace HOSPITAL back to Hospital
