Convert numbers to time

Hi!
I have a question on how to convert a number, lets say 16, which represents seconds, to the time format hh:mm:ss. I want this to come out as 00:00:16 ,or, if the base number is 120 seconds, as 00:02:00. My main problem is to get excel to understand that the base number is seconds, without having to add anything in the base number cell. (its about a million of them
