help required in searching data from array

i have to search a data from a array of cells and if the response is true it should return a specific value like " b4 pilot " & if the response is false it should return " after pilot "

attaching a sample of my data. in the attached excel i have to search if any value in column a matched with column d. and column d is arrived at by merging column b & c.
