Hi everyone,
I've had a look for an answer to this question but couldn't see anything, so hopefully you people can help as it's something I really need to try and resolve.
I've uploaded a spreadsheet to filedrop link in the bottom of my postr. If you look at the second tab (graphs), you'll see there's a really big one to the right. Though there's hardly any data, it is tracking so many variables (it links to the table above it - 27 radio stations and 8 different regions), I'm having difficulty converting it into a graph that is manageable! I really need it in the one graph though.
If you look at the x axis, that is where the regions are. The problem is, for each region the graph is leaving space for 27 radio stations to be tracked (making the graph HUGE and the data tiny and hard to read). In actual fact, there will be no additional data added to that graph, the only thing that will change is the values as they are, or will become, averages. So for example, the Brisbane region in the x axis will only ever track data from the data that is there already (ATN, 97.3, 104.5 Triple M, Beat 105 and Nova 106.9), nothing else.
Is there a way then to make the graph realise that I only want to track certain radio stations for each region (which will mean all that additional space will be removed), or at least format the x axis so that it shrinks to fit only the data that is there?
Your help would be greatly appreciated!
Jamie.
