If sheet Index Hydrogen", c4 is No then do not go to sheet "Hydrogen Plant, c4. If sheet Index Hydrogen", c4 is Yes then go to sheet "Hydrogen Plant".

When you say "go to" do you mean jump to the cell or get data from the cell? I think you mean something like this:

=IF('Index Hydrogen'!C4="Yes",'Hydrogen Plant'!C4,"")
