Combining two excel files into one with updated info.

Hi there.

I am trying to figure out how to combine to excel files into one.
Now this isn't the typical combined file I'm trying to do.

Basically I have two excel files that will have the same product codes in the first column. But has a 2nd column that are both different.
The first column though are both not in the same order. Same number, but not in the same order as each other.

The 2nd column I would like to combine information with each other based on the first columns part number.

Is there a way to do this, and if so how?

I'm needing this done so I can update my website.
