Save worksheet as a file

Hi everyone.
Please could someone tell me how to save a specific worksheet as a seperate file.

Right click the worksheet tab and select Move or Copy. In the drop down for "To book", select "New book", place a check mark in the "Create a copy" check box and then click OK. Save the file with whatever name you want.
