Check if content of some cells is "off"

Hi all,

in the first row(A-AG) i have weekdays (mo-sun). In every other row (A-AG) of the used range i have working hours and sometimes "Off". What formula would i have to use to check whether any whole weekend is "off" for any row? I guess it would be an array formula but im not sure.

Hi dilipandey,

I've attached the workbook. Column "AM" states whether a whole weekend is off for one employee. row3 is OK since multiple whole weekends are off. Row 4 is not ok since no full weekend is off.

Which is the minimum of weekends, that someone must be Off, so the result to be OK?

Because in Row 3 not All weekends are off and you say that you need OK, as result.

Hi Fotis1991,

you're absolutely right. The "OK" should appear already after only one weekend is "off". So it does not make any difference whether its 2,3,4.
