Hey Mike, that attached link will not work, says it is invalid. I am so raw when it comes to Excel, to say that the coding and formulas are overwhelming is and understatement. I don't even know where to start!

You can do this easily with the copy and paste, transpose, commands but it will put the data from columns B6, B7 & B8 in seperate columns such as columns C,D, & E for part number 10014. you would then have to delete rows 6,7, & 8 where the other vehicle data was.

For Part Number 10014 you do this by highlighting cells B6, B7, B8, and click the copy command, place your cursor into cell C5 to the right of the first vehicle's information, then click paste, transpose and the data from cells B6,7, & 8 will transfer to cells C5, D5 & E5.

I can see by your spreadsheet it would create a VERY wide spreadsheet especially for Part number 10115 with so many vehicles.

You can post them here, if it still pertains to the same problem.

Re: How Do I Combine Different Cell Data in Column B with one single Part Number in Column

FYI, because of the number of cars that share a part number (sometimes over 5000), you will sometimes get too much text in a cell to properly show (there are limits on width and height).
I suggest selecting column B and doing a "Text to Column" > delimited> using Comma to separate the cars into individual columns. Then select all and autofit your columns.
    Hope that helps.
