Changing the name of Picture URL's and creating a picture zip file in microsoft pictures

I have a spread sheet with 4 pictures per part number. I have the part numbers posted to the left of the URL's. I would like to change the names of the URL's to the part numbers on the left and then extract them into a picture zip file for microsoft. For example, part number 100014 has four pictures that I would like to have the names 100014 for url 1, 100014(2) for url 2 and so on. I would appreciate any help that can be provided. Thank you in advance!

Sorry, not clear what the after would like like. The before is clear but not the after.

Second part also is not clear about extracting the pictures into a 'picture zip file'. These files seem to be online images, do you want the program to save them on your computer and then create a zip file from them?

Thanks for replying, abousetta, yes once the names are changed, I want to extract the pictures from the links on the spreadsheet and place them in a Microsoft file. I think I can accomplish this by saving the spreadsheet as a web page and then using the FireFox "Down Them All" feature. I just do not how to change the names of the photos without doing it one by one.

OK. Let's take it step by step. For example, here is the first Vendor number and URL. What should the result be after the manipulation?
