If you look at "Sheet2" you will see that the pivot table summarizes what I have in "Sheet1". What I would like to do is have a total of that one individual loan, not how many records exist in "Sheet1". In this case I would like to have 5 records as the total & not 46. I have a list of a few thousand account numbers & some are duplicates... I can't remove the duplicates for tracking purposes.
