Adding an appointment to Outlook from Excel with VBA

    Hello,
I am trying to figure out how to add an appointment to a shared outlook calendar from Excel. I will be entering shipments in an Excel page and would love to just click a button and have an appointment made.
I am very much a novice on how programs communicate with one another. The only information that will need to go on the appointment is the subject, location, and time. We set all our appointments at 15 minutes duration.
The code I have so far is this:

The problem is it only adds it to my default calendar. I need to be able to add it directly to the shared calendar in Outlook. Any ideas of how to do this?

I have an "Outlook.NK2" and another folder with the same extension. Is that what you mean?
Those files are under Documents and Settings\user\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook

Should be a user friendly heading showing on a title somewhere. "Friend Network" or "Activity Group"

Do you have an idea where that menu title would be? Is it within the Outlook program itself or under Documents and Settings\user\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook? I guess I just don't know where to start looking.
