How to skip blanks in col B to return list items from col A (Example Attached)

I have a list of items in column A that has related quantities listed in column B. I need a drag down formula that will return values from column A if they have a quantity in column B that is greater than Zero or is not blank. I hope this makes sense. I have plenty of solutions for returning the values in column B while skipping the blanks but can come up with no solution for my particular situation. Any help would be much appreciated. The example I attached can show you what I hope to accomplish.

easiest is a helper column that you can hide or just put on another sheet

Similar approach to Martin, with a helper column in column C, but the formulae are even simpler !! <bg>

    Hope this helps.
