    Unable to perform auto mail merge to ms words using .xlsb file as a data file

    Dear Sir,

    Everyday, I would receive .xlsb file as my data file to work with and I need to send reminder emails to customers to request for documents that I need to process their course registrations and theses .xlsb files sometimes comes in so many everyday that I am so stressed up and can't send reminder email on time.

    Herewith, I attach the .xlsb file together with the Proposed Word Document to perform Mail Merge With.docx for your kind reference.

    It would be good if there is a viable solution that can just automatically extract all the necessary data in the .xlsb file and automatically transfer them to the Proposed Word Document to perform Mail Merge With.docx so that I do not have to waste time to copy and paste the data in the .xlsb file to the Proposed Word Document to perform Mail Merge With.docx and then paste to MS Outlook 2007 before I can send out the email to the customer.

    I sincerely hope that you would be kind enough to offer me a good solution so that I can be able to use MS words 2007 to do an auto mail merge with the .xlsb file as the data file so that I could save a lot of time and I won't be that stressed up at work eventually.
