Rank and sort excluding 0 in sort field

I'm trying to create a spreadsheet that takes 3 qualifying times and drops the slowest time then averages the remaining 2 times if they were to complete 2 runs. If they are not able to or just don't run the 3 chances then there will be DNF in the space for the time. I have the this part working but I can't figure out how to sort them. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated or just direct me in my search. I have attached the file since my explaination is long winded.

Hi cowboy1969 and welcome to the forum,

I used this formula.. =IF(COUNT(C2:E2)>1,AVERAGE(SMALL(C2:E2,{1,2})),"") and then sorted by the row it was in. See the attached to see if it works for you.

Solved, That is exactly what I was looking for THANKS FOR YOUR HELP! The count part gets rid of the 0 in the formula or am I miss reading it? Do I need to do anything to so this post has been solved?
