Combining two columns while retaining the data format of first column

    Dear All,
I have two columns of data. One is in the format of 1"v1" 0.0000 0.0000 5.0000. The other is names of cities. I want to replace v1 with the adjacent column meaning I want the result to be 1"Abbottabad" 0.0000 0.0000 5.0000. The " " are compulsory to be included. Any ideas.

    Thanks.
