How to Keep one Yes in a column and change the Yes to Balnk in a other column

I have a worksheet, that I need to change a Yes in one column to Balnk and keep it Yes in a other column

Here are a test.xls file

1 (Put Tape# from download List) (A Column)
2 (Here is tape# list) (Row 1 from Column R)
3 (Here's drop down list Yes/No/ Blank) (Row 1 column A,B and C)vir column G). Here I put in if tape# have come back, after that tape# can be used again.
4 (If I put YES in Colum G it must then aslo show Yes in Say in row 2 Column where the Tape # is)
5 (when I then put a tape# in Column A ,it must then only change the Yes to Balnk in Row 2 Column where tape# is, the Yes must stay in column G for that tape #.
6 (Column G is only to show if that tap3number has come back to me, even môre that one.
7(Row 2 will only be Yes if the Tape have come back and is still in the robort, it will then be blank if it is out agian.
