Apologies as I'm a novice with what I'm looking for here; but I've attached a sample of a form that I'm trying to create where a User will enter a Customer Name (from a select list / dropdown / search function in the Customer cell) and the rest of the 'hightlighted' fields will auto-populate from the table (2nd tab = Sample-Table).
I'm also hoping to have the form set so that it allows for additional rows of data to be entered in the event the Table does NOT have the information that the User will collect once at the Customer's site.
And lastly, once the User has completed the form, they can select a button that creates a Pipe-Delimited file from the contents of the form (if possible). We would in turn use this information to update our system; which is where the Table comes from.
I've attached two different versions (97-2003 & 2007) if necessary...
Please advise if this is at all possible.
