    Conditional Formulas

Basically I have cell O1 as total number of trades

However this is based upon how many rows from 5 onwards are filled in. How can I get the cell O1 to change based on how many columns have been filled in?

    Cheers

    Re: Conditional Formulas

Create a Dynamic Named Range and reference the Named Range instead of the normal "N5:N11034" in the formula.
A macro does what you tell it, not what you want.

Going off of your earlier post:

Go to the Formulas Tab and Select Name Manager > New.

Use a name for the range, i.e. "ProfitLoss" and place the following formula in the 'Refers to:' field -

    Ok, your question completely changed...

Where does your current data reside and where do you add additional data?
