Several things for this documents (checkboxes, expand-colapse outline)

Hello everyone.

I'm making one organizing workbook for "DCUO MMOG" community and i had some ideas until i came across problems that i can't solve myself. I uploaded document and made "outline"? is that what is called?
anyway to be able to collapse and expand cells like you can see (reversed summary). Thing is i now have to import check boxes like i did in first 3 groups. I've done different things to it so i can better explain what's the problem.

1) i cannot link check boxes to cells that are collapsing. if i group and collapse cells check boxes are not collapsed or expanded with the cells. like on first group. (if i try to select move and size with cells, it's grayed out). one thing i noticed, that if i group check boxes together they now correctly expand and collapse with the cells like they should. the problem is when i try to save with group collapsed. if i reopen documents and expand group, check boxes disappear or better they still exists but are somewhere behind and hardly selectable. like on group 3, line 20 - "brainiac war". try to expand group and see what happens.

goal is to have those check boxes linked and fixed to where they are and to be able to save document collapsed, than when i reopen or share, ppl can expand and click what collection items they own.

hopefully someone can look into this and help me figure this out. after what i have another problem, but one at the time.
