IF statement for current wins/losses streak

In CY526:CY525 I am trying to do a simple if statement to track current win/loss streak for a fantasy football league. I’ve got the formula in the columns above CZ and DB to track the current streak for each team.

For some reason, I can’t seem to get the if statement to work based on the current winning streak. If a person has a winning streak, I want a W in column CY. If that person doesn’t have a winning streak going, then they must be on a losing streak. Therefore I want an L in CY if they have no winning streak.

I am not sure what I am doing wrong, but I can’t get it to work. I have excel 2003.
