Matching 2 criteria in other worksheets which includes closest match

Hi,

I am really struggling with combinding a search for multiple matches and one of them includes finding the nearest date. Please have a look at the attached excel sheet to see if you can help :s

Thanks for your help, it doesnt quiet cover what I was after. The received date cant exceed the application date but has to be between the previous application date and the next one in line with the PS i.e. 60 or 30 etc if that makes sense.

In your template if I put a received date of 20/1/13 it returns 6/1/13 with is 14 days after the application date and the latest the application is meant to be submitted.

Can you suggest anything else to prevent the above from happening?
