Need help with summing and linking graph to particular names

This question might be easy for most but for a newbie like me its very hard.

In the second table you can see I keep sum the points drivers got in the championship, but each time I have to count numbers myself.
So when a driver has 43 points and wins 25 points he has 68 points. Everyone can count but is there an easier way to do this?
That means when you have A1 (43 points) and in the second race (A2) he gets another 25 points it should show 68 points in A2 when I fill in 25.
Is that possible?

My second problem is that when I sort out the table so most points are on top, the graph on the right side doesnt change with it. The lines don't match drivers anymore.
Is it possible to link them so the lines are bound to a name?
