GET AVERAGE based on multiple criteria

Hi

Hope can assist with the attached spreadsheet, trying to just get average of calls posted during weekdays. My current formula read it all the way to Sunday.

Trying to achieve the below.

(1) get the average of number of calls from Mon to Fri only based on reporting week and month set on parameters tab
(2) get the average of number of calls from Mon to Fri also from last week
(3) get the average of number of calls from last month (calls from Mon to Fri)
(3) get the average of number of calls (mon-fri) from Jan 1 to now based on the reporting months parameter
