I'd like to build a db with a google form that infills to it's corresponding excel spreadsheet, but I want to restrict or limit responses to only two or three per "some criteria" say like only to per zip code. Is this at all possible; keeping in mind that since I'm using google docs that I know Excel only in less than a beginner way. Thx
I'll be asking individuals for a payment, so really can't afford to accept and then have to return funds, from applicants past the two or three available slots per region.
