A selected value in one cell to give a different value in another - is this possible?

    In one cell, I have five differing range values on a drop down list; 12 - 20, 25 - 35, 40 - 55, 60 - 80, 85 - 110.

I would like to put a monetary value to each selection, that will appear in a cell on the same row, depending upon which of these inputs are selected. As an example, I click on the drop down arrow in cell E3 and select 12 - 20. in cell G3 the value $48,000.00 would appear. If I were then to go back later, I could change that selection to 85 - 110 and cell G3 would change to $98,000.00.

    The values would be
    12 - 20 , $48,000
    25 - 35, $52,000
    40 - 55, $65,000
    60 - 80, $78,000
    85 - 110, $98,000

So the number range figures are all selectable via a drop down box in cell E3, their corresponding value would appear in cell G3 depending upon which value was selected. Is this at all possible? If so, how?

I wait patiently for an answer, you guys are amazing with excel formulas and I hope one of you can help me
    Cheers

A simple Vlookup will do the trick.

If you didn't want to use a VLOOKUP with the extra row (which in the long run is probably the better option, unless you aren't allowed to change the setup of the spreadsheet), this formula can be used in G3:
