Printing spreadsheets to fit on page.

I have a spreadsheet that has a lot of columns. For instance, this particular spreadsheet goes from A to Q. It looks great when I am viewing it on the computer, but I want to be able to print it where I can see everything well. Now I know how to print everything on one page, but it is so small. Is there a solution for this? Maybe I can custom design a report like you do in access or something or maybe you can set it to print in a wrap mode or something.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you.

Aside from changing font sizes, normally you would use the SET PRINT AREA under PAGE LAYOUT feature in excel, so highlight what cells/columns you would like to print, and then click SET PRINT AREA, that way you can divide the contents of your table onto the pages. If you want, you can also make it so certain column or row headings appear on every page.
