Excel question (Vlookup?) Need help with reformatting data in excel

We recently acquired a new instrument in the lab that we need to integrate into an existing process. The old version of the machine output the data in a different format than the new instrument. Unfortunately, all our excel templates require the information to be in the old format. The templates use an import macro and Vlookup to assign the data to proper sheets. I assume the easiest course of action would be to reformat the new data into the old format. However, my excel skills aren't very advanced. Can someone enlighten me on how to reformat the data from the format in red text (left) to the format on the right (black). Ideally, I would like to move the data from the red format to the black format on a whole new sheet. If someone can help me with this simplified version of the data, I should be able to adapt it to the actual data from there. Sheet attached. Thanks!

Hi Tarostar and welcome to the forum,

Without using formulas or VBA the closest I can get is by using a Pivot Table of your red data. See if the attached is close enough to what you need.

You can copy the pivot table and Paste using Values Only to get it even closer. Hope this helps.

I didn't think to make a pivot table. I'll play around with it tomorrow morning. Thanks!
